Please keep in mind that the visions shown in each of the three Plans are conceptual only and will be subject to statutory constraints and further review particularly with respect to elements that are not within the WKCD site boundary . They are also subject to review or acceptance by bodies other than the WKCDA. The designs of individual buildings are for illustrative purposes only. Actual building designs will commence only when the Town Planning Board agrees to gazette the detailed development plan for public inspection under the Town Planning Ordinance.
